Located in Moretown, VT, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to a variety of effective weight management options tailored to their needs. MOVE! offers diverse support, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight or related health issues.
