About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in New Haven, VT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a compassionate and safe environment, allowing participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving essential emotional support. With four meal support sessions scheduled daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals are welcome to join as often as needed to fit their routines once they are approved. Each session is guided by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are progressing towards their CNS certification, ensuring a professional and nurturing atmosphere. While we focus on meal support, please note that this is not a crisis intervention service; for immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to dedicated crisis support resources.
