Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, based in Newfane, VT, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors coping with financial hardships, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural communities underserved by the healthcare system. We provide six free wellness kits delivered every two months, thoughtfully curated to enhance well-being during a challenging time. Each wellness kit may include essentials such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and a variety of other resources to aid in recovery and daily self-care. Our mission is to ensure that every survivor has access to the tools they need to thrive, embodying care, compassion, and community support in every delivery.
