Our Family Support team offers essential services that include accurate information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management assistance. We also guide families through the complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, SSI, and SSDI. We understand the unique challenges that come with a diagnosis, and we are here to empower families every step of the way.
