The Meal Support Program in Newport Center, VT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious food alongside others on a similar journey. With sessions scheduled four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—this program allows attendees the flexibility to join as their schedules permit. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive informed guidance. While we focus on meal support, we invite those in crisis to seek immediate help through appropriate emergency services.
