Located in North Bennington, VT, the Community Food Shelf, operated by BROC Community Action, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families in need throughout Bennington and Rutland counties. Our mission focuses on ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food to meet their basic dietary needs. We distribute emergency food in a welcoming environment every weekday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with additional hours on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. specifically for seniors aged 60 and over. We invite all those in need to visit us and receive the support they deserve.
