The Meal Support Program in North Bennington, VT, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers structured, live virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive environment for participants to engage with nutrition while receiving peer and professional guidance. Sessions are available four times daily, including two lunch options and two dinner sessions, allowing flexibility to accommodate individual schedules. Each meal support session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, assisting participants on their path to recovery.
