MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in North Troy, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities by annually screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to various weight management options. Our program offers a variety of care pathways including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! service, allowing in-home support and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides a flexible solution. Additionally, we offer medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
