Located in Northfield, VT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. The program aims to annually screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connects them with tailored weight management solutions. Our offerings include supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! platform for in-home messaging and clinician contact.
