The Meal Support Program in Orleans, VT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutrition with the assistance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Offering four meal support sessions daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we empower participants to choose the times that fit their schedules best, allowing for flexible and consistent support. While our program is not designed for crisis situations, we are committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for healing through shared meals and community connection.
