Located in Pittsford, VT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors facing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural communities with limited access to healthcare. We understand the unique struggles these individuals encounter, which is why we provide six complimentary wellness kits delivered every two months, filled with essential items designed to promote well-being and recovery. Each kit may include a water bottle, journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and a variety of additional resources to aid in their journey. Our mission is to ensure that no survivor feels alone, and that they have the tools necessary for a healthier, brighter future.
