MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Plainfield, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to personalized weight management services that align with their specific needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, Veterans can benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite participating in our program.
