The Meal Support Program in Poultney, VT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, designed to foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others on their recovery journey. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, attendees can choose times that align with their schedules. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification.
