Located in Putney, VT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to empower those facing swallowing difficulties by offering a range of critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the challenges that come with dysphagia, and our goal is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to the necessary support to maintain their health and well-being.
