The Meal Support Program in Putney, VT, offers compassionate and accessible meal support designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program features live, virtual group meals that create a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals with supportive peers and trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules, allowing for flexibility and sustained engagement in their recovery journey. Each session is facilitated by dedicated professionals from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and caring support network.
