MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Richford, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by providing annual screenings for obesity, personalized referrals to tailored weight management services, and a variety of treatment options that meet individual needs. Our offerings include group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
