About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Richmond, VT, is dedicated to providing essential, eating disorder-informed meal support to anyone over the age of 16 who is engaged in outpatient recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated, virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. With sessions available four times daily, including options for lunch and dinner, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each meal is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are gaining their CNS certification. While we focus on fostering connection and support during the meal experience, please remember that we do not offer crisis intervention services. For immediate assistance, we encourage you to contact appropriate crisis support resources.
