The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Shaftsbury, VT, is dedicated to supporting individuals who have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This free, comprehensive program offers participants an important opportunity to learn about effective diabetes management over a 12-month period. Available in both English and Spanish, the program features six informative e-booklets tailored to meet participants at their individual stages after diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter that provides seasonal tips and valuable resources.
