Meals-On-Wheels, a vital program of C.I.D.E.R., is dedicated to ensuring that residents of Grand Isle County, including South Hero, VT, receive the nourishment and support they deserve. Our mission centers on fostering resources that promote dignity for elders and individuals with disabilities within our community. We deliver hot, nutritious lunchtime meals five days a week, along with the option of frozen meals prepared and delivered on Fridays for added convenience during the weekend. Together, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and maintain their independence.
