The Meal Support Program in South Hero, VT, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, offering a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving emotional and nutritional guidance. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, participants can join as many sessions as their schedules allow upon approval. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification. We are committed to empowering individuals in their recovery journey with structure and community, while reminding participants that we are not equipped for urgent care.
