The Meal Support Program in South Royalton, VT, offers vital meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the journey of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a supportive and safe environment for outpatient participants. Sessions are held four times a day, featuring two lunch and two dinner times, allowing individuals to fit meal support into their schedules as needed. Led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, we are dedicated to helping participants consume nutritious meals while receiving compassionate support tailored to their unique recovery process.
