The After-School Program in Springfield, VT, offers a nurturing and engaging environment where school-aged children, particularly those who are current and former shelter guests, can thrive socially and emotionally. Operating every school day and throughout vacation weeks, our program provides essential support such as homework assistance and a diverse range of enrichment activities, including rock climbing, music, dance, cultural performances, and arts and crafts. We also facilitate seasonal activities like skating and hiking, alongside vital life skills education covering financial literacy, nutrition, and cooking.
