Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Springfield, VT
About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Springfield, VT, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and above who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program provides free, live virtual group meals designed to create a supportive environment where participants can consume nutrition while receiving encouragement and guidance from our trained nutrition practitioners. We hold meal support sessions four times daily, with two opportunities for lunch and two for dinner, allowing attendees to choose times that best fit their schedules. Each session aims to nurture recovery by fostering connection and resilience among participants, emphasizing a supportive approach to nutritional needs. While our program is dedicated to aiding those in recovery, it is essential to remember that we do not provide crisis intervention; for such needs, we encourage reaching out for immediate support.
