MOVE! Weight Management Program in Springfield, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care through VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home assistance. In addition, Veterans can use our MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management. For those who face ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
