Located in Starksboro, VT, Meals on Wheels is dedicated to combating senior hunger by delivering nutritious meals directly to the doors of seniors who face challenges in meal preparation. Our passionate volunteers provide weekday meal delivery, ensuring that every client receives wholesome food tailored to their dietary needs, with the guidance of our registered dietitian and chef for meal modifications. We suggest a voluntary contribution of $5 per meal, but all donations, regardless of amount, are deeply appreciated and help sustain our service. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our delivery methods to prioritize the health and safety of our clients, implementing social distancing protocols while maintaining vital connections through regular check-ins.
