Our Family Support team offers accurate information and comprehensive assistance right when it’s needed most. We aim to empower families through various services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we guide families through application processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
