MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Swanton, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive programs, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! for at-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those seeking a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with their weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
