Located in Underhill, VT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and given personalized support tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of weight management options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which provides in-home support. For those who wish to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Furthermore, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who find traditional methods challenging.
