The Meal Support Program, located in Vernon, VT, provides free and accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to share nutrition while receiving vital emotional and practical support. With sessions held four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as they need to fit their schedules. All meals are facilitated by experienced nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach. While we focus on building a supportive community through meal support, please note that this program is not intended for crisis intervention.
