The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Wallingford, VT, is dedicated to supporting individuals newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and accessible learning journey. Over the course of 12 months, participants can engage with six informative e-booklets tailored to their unique needs, complemented by a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal strategies and community event insights, available in both English and Spanish. Our program not only empowers individuals with essential knowledge about diabetes management but also fosters connection through our monthly Q&A series, where participants can ask ADA experts pertinent questions, learn about the important relationship between diabetes and heart health, and even receive helpful giveaways.
