Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, based in Wallingford, VT, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors navigating financial difficulties and living in underserved rural communities. We deliver six free wellness kits every two months to help enhance the well-being of individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to aid in recovery and self-care. Our mission is to ensure that every cancer survivor has access to tools that promote health and healing, regardless of their circumstances.
