Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Waterbury Center, VT

About Meal Support Program

Located in Waterbury Center, VT, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our daily live virtual group meals create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to share mealtime while receiving essential nutritional and emotional support. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch opportunities and two dinner sessions, individuals can easily integrate meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners enrolled in Clinician’s Incubator training, helping to ensure that participants receive knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. While we are dedicated to fostering recovery through shared meal experiences, it’s essential to note that our program does not serve as an immediate crisis intervention; for urgent needs, please reach out to emergency services or crisis support options.
