Our Family Support team is here to offer accurate information and compassionate guidance right from the moment of diagnosis. Through our comprehensive program, families benefit from personalized parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and assistance with navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, SSI, and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). We strive to empower each family with the tools they need to thrive during this challenging journey.
