At Senior Meals and Nutrition in Waterbury, VT, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for seniors in the Central Vermont community through our vital nutrition program. Our services include home-delivered meals, better known as Meals On Wheels, for seniors who are unable to prepare meals or attend community gatherings, ensuring they receive nutritious food right at their doorstep. Additionally, our community meals foster connection and social interaction, offering both nourishment and a welcoming environment for seniors to engage with one another. We collaborate with 14 local meal sites to prepare and serve these healthy meals, making a significant impact on the well-being of our elderly neighbors.
