About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Waterbury, VT, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition alongside compassionate peers. With meal support sessions available four times daily—twice at lunch and twice at dinner—individuals can choose times that fit their schedules, allowing for flexibility in their healing journey. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification. Please note that while we provide supportive meal guidance, we are not a crisis support program; for urgent needs, reach out to appropriate emergency services.
