MOVE! Weight Management Program in Waterbury, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and providing personalized referrals to a variety of weight management services tailored to meet individual needs. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related concerns after utilizing the MOVE! program.
