Located in West Burke, VT, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at an outpatient level. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a supportive and safe environment where participants can focus on nutrition while receiving guidance from skilled nutrition practitioners training to become certified. With meal support sessions available four times daily, participants have the flexibility to join as often as their schedules allow, emphasizing our commitment to fostering community and healing through shared meals and understanding. While we provide a nurturing space for those in recovery, please note that this program does not serve as crisis support.
