MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans in West Rutland, VT through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with comprehensive support tailored to individual needs. Offering a variety of solutions, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management, we cater to different preferences and lifestyles. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
