The Meal Support Program in West Rutland, VT, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Through our virtual, drop-in group meal sessions, participants find a safe space to engage in shared nutrition experiences with guidance from skilled nutrition practitioners who are training to achieve their CNS certification. We host four meal support sessions daily, allowing individuals to join as often as their schedule permits, thus fostering a supportive community while they work toward recovery.
