Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Westford, VT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Westford, VT, offers compassionate, free meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient level of care in their journey toward eating disorder recovery. Our program creates a nurturing environment where participants can join live, virtual drop-in group meals four times a day—twice for lunch and twice for dinner. These sessions foster healing by allowing attendees to enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving support from trained nutrition practitioners who are working toward their CNS certification. We understand the importance of community and connection in recovery, and our goal is to provide consistent meal support that fits into each individual's schedule, promoting a collaborative path to wellness. Please note that while we are here to support you with meal assistance, this program is not intended for crisis situations; for urgent help, please contact appropriate crisis services.
