Located in Westford, VT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing essential screenings for obesity and personalized referrals to weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a range of resources including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer independent management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans needing additional assistance.
