Our Family Support team offers reliable information and comprehensive assistance right at the moment of diagnosis, empowering families with the guidance they need. We provide a range of essential services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families in navigating the often complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
