Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Williamstown, VT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Williamstown, VT, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating eating disorder recovery. Designed for those at the outpatient level of care, our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a welcoming and supportive environment for participants to obtain vital nutrition. With sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as many times as they need to fit their personal schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are on their journey to obtaining CNS certification, ensuring expert guidance and support. While we focus on providing essential meal support, we are not a crisis intervention service; individuals in need of immediate assistance should reach out to crisis support services.
