The Meal Support Program in Williston, VT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a compassionate and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving vital support. Meal support sessions are available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing participants the flexibility to join as their schedule permits. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring expert guidance as individuals navigate their recovery journey.
