The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Windsor, VT, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a fair and sustainable food system. Our program empowers Fellows through comprehensive training in organic agriculture, food justice, and community engagement, all while ensuring accessibility by not charging tuition. Participants provide invaluable support to local farmers and communities by growing and distributing diverse crops, enhancing food literacy in schools, and promoting health through innovative programs. Over a six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm campus, Fellows gain hands-on expertise, followed by a year of impactful community action with regional non-profit partners. We invite passionate individuals to apply to this transformative program, with applications accepted until March each year, creating lasting change in our food systems.
