Our Meals on Wheels program provides eligible individuals, including those over 60 with temporary or permanent incapacity or those at nutritional risk, with nutritious meals delivered directly to their homes. In addition to meal delivery, we host Community Wheels gatherings that offer a welcoming space for seniors to enjoy nutritious food while engaging in fun activities like games, educational presentations, and guest speakers. Seniors are invited to contribute a suggested donation of $2.50 to $4.00, while those under 60 typically pay between $4 and $5. For individuals at high nutritional risk, our registered dietitian offers personalized nutritional counseling through home visits or phone consultations, helping to create tailored dietary plans that meet specific needs.
