The Meal Support Program in Winooski, VT, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, offering a safe and supportive environment for participants to engage in nutritious eating alongside others who understand their journey. Offered four times daily, with two sessions each for lunch and dinner, participants can join as many meals as needed to fit their schedules. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While this program focuses on meal support and recovery, please note that it is not a crisis intervention service.
