The Meal Support Program in Woodstock, VT, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. Held four times daily, including two lunch sessions and two dinner sessions, our meal support allows participants the flexibility to attend whenever it fits their schedule. Each session not only fosters nutrition but also cultivates community and understanding among peers in recovery.
