Located in Aberdeen, WA, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals where participants can find a nurturing environment to enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving guidance from experienced nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, attendees can select times that fit their personal schedules to foster connection and recovery.
