Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Anacortes, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Anacortes, WA is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and above who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals four times a day, including two sessions for lunch and two for dinner, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where participants can share a meal and experience community during their recovery journey. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification. We welcome anyone seeking to enrich their recovery with communal dining and nourishment, allowing participants to attend as many sessions as fit their needs. Please note that while our program offers essential meal support, it is not a crisis intervention service. For immediate assistance, we encourage individuals to reach out to crisis support resources.
